Free Psychometric Testing

Psychometric tests have long been closely guarded by companies who sell them for an exorbitant price. They're useful, but we believe they can only used with care and in proper context. That said, psychometric tests are popular with clients and they are often useful conversation starters.

We use the NEO-PI, The Hogan personality suite, FIRO-B and Strengthscope, but always have to pay a lot of money to do this.

So, I was very pleased to hear about Finding Potential, set up by the innovative consultancy Talent Drain, who are offering a brand new model for psychometric testing. Basically, their tests are all free.

Set up by psychometricians who worked for SHL, the first test they have is based on the same 'big 5' personality test that the NEO-PI measures and which has excellent validity.

I believe there are many more tests to follow so am just passing on the word.
